Gift cards are delivered to you, the purchaser, digitally by email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. You may print the email with redemption instructions to give to your recipient, or can forward the email to the recipient. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and no restrictions on use – they never expire.
IMPORTANT: At this time, electronic gift cards cannot be redeemed to join our subscription clubs. If you are interested in giving a subscription as a gift, we are more than happy to help you do so, but please email us.

Before shipping We will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. Be aware that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be returned it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging.
